The newly renovated ClubHouse located on the Cochrane Ranche Historic Site and was originally the Gilbert Residence – the home of the last family that ranched the property. The house was originally a “Sears Catalogue Home” and every component – down to silverware – was shipped out in train boxcars ready to be assembled. It was built somewhere between 1920-1950.

ClubHouse rentals include tables and chairs, as well as the use of the warming kitchen. This charming venue features breathtaking views of the Historic Cochrane Ranche and is able to seat 50 upstairs or 60 downstairs. The ClubHouse is perfect for birthday parties, reunions, meetings, fundraisers, intimate weddings, or other small events.

The Clubhouse is at 80 HWY 1A located on the Historic Cochrane Ranche site.
